Comments ; Depososit Rs. 44 , 91,895 & 40 paise - Paid Rs. 6,91,046 = Rs. 38,00,849.40 is at credit of Society .
(A ) So in all , the payment as deposit by Society with S.L.A.O / Government towards Acuisition is : Total Rs 44,91, 895 . 40 i.e., Rupees Forty Four Lakhs Ninety One Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Five & Paise Forty Only .
( B ) This Fact is evidencially adduced by this Society , in its Writ Petition No. 1600 / 94 at Page No.3 ; with corrections made by its Advocate Mr, T.S.Ramachandra filed on / around 17-01-94. (C) This W.P. was disposed off on 10-02-1994 ; by Justice G.P.Shivaprakash ; with a Direction to Govt. to hand-over the posession of of the lands in 17 Acres 18 Guntas to the Petitioner Society .
( D) Justice G.P.Shivaprakash was & is a Member & Beneficiary of the said Society & allottee of site in the said Lay-out & at present is Upalokayukta ; who by virtue of His present duties is also investigating the Bribery Charges against the just resigned KPCC(I) President Mr. Koujalagi & so also probing allegations against the said Society Vis-à-vis the Lay Out of Charges like selling away C.A.Sites / not handing-over the C.A.Sites , Roads etc., to Govt. & Non-Existence / to-produce copy of B.D.A. approved Layout Plan for the Layout formed in about 180 Acres of Lands to Yelahanka TMC .
( E ) The Lay-out formed in those Lands is declared as Illegal by B.D.A.
( F ) Lands are not even converted from Agriculture to residential as per Land Reforms Act .
( G ) Sites have been & being registered stating that BDA has approved Lay-out Plan .
( H ) Khathas are being opened by Yelahanka Town Municipal Corporation.
