[2] Copy of the members to whom the sites were allotted.

[3] List of members who have purchased the corner sites.

[4] Regarding the Registrar, Receipts regarding collection of money are mentioned in the list extract.

[5] The society has not collected any deposit from the members separately for betterment charges, water and land tax etc.

The society has not engaged separate agency for providing electricity however the developer had entered into agreement for providing electricity along with other layout work.

[7] Copies of the tenders regarding digging of Bore-wells are submitted herewith.
