Institution exclusively meant to Investigate & prosecute Public servants including Ministers; Trying to Legalize ILLEGALLY with Corrupt motives Rs.Seventeen Lakh Billion Scam; instead of referring Scam for CBI Investigations. Govt. should not be Silent Spectator,& forthwith refer Scam to CBI or COD or CCB Scam of 800 to 1000 Judges including Lok Ayuktas + Upa Lok Ayuktas + Judges on deputation as Inquiry Officers 023.27

Judges Vs Judges Case Karnataka High Court has become Paternal Property of Corrupt Judges [was being Heard by a Judges who is Interested Party in Both Petitioner & Contemnors] . Previous Chief Justice having retired, the Case into the Good hands to Brilliant & Tough, Two Young Judges viz., Justice Ram Mohan Reddy & Justice H. Billappa Division Bench. Brilliance & Toughness could be believed to see one of Their First Order in the Case.		Wonderfully previous Chief Justice & Just Ice K. Bhaktavatsala [who is also allottee of Plot No. 1474 of Dimension 60 feet by 90 Feet [000 Up Dates\01\01\000.01.01.1994s] was hearing the Case in which he had Direct financial Investment together with & Losing Justice-Ship of himself & 1,000 other Judges spread across India, from Supreme Court down to Sub-ordinate Courts of India. They allowed Their Society to form Plots in Temple sites. Continued till Corrupt Jain left Court; thankfully initiating Contempt proceedings in CCC No. 87 of 2004 His inherent Corrupt motive could be believed to see the last Order He wrote. To say that all Judges are not Corrupt; differences in the Orders passed by past & present set of Judges.
